Effective 2026
Cookie policy
We use a small set of cookies to keep this site working and to count visits. Nothing is sold or shared. This page is the detail behind the banner at the bottom of every page.
What we set
A strictly necessary cookie or local store entry keeps your banner choice so we do not ask again on every page. That choice is stored in your browser as bim_cookie with the value accept or decline when you press the matching button. It is not sent to an advertising network.
If you press Accept, we may also set a small visit-count cookie so we can see which public pages are used — home, programs, rates — without identifying you by name. If you press Decline, we keep only what we need for the site to load and for the banner choice itself. The forms still work; they submit to send.php and do not depend on an analytics cookie.
The Google Maps embed on the contact page is loaded from maps.google.com and may set cookies from that domain when you view the map. That embed is a third party. We do not load advertising pixels, social trackers, or a marketing tag manager on this site.
How long and how to change your mind
The banner choice stays in your browser until you clear site data or we ask again after a material change to this policy. Visit counts, if you accepted, are kept in aggregate and are not tied to an enquiry file. You can clear cookies and local storage for bodyinmotionlife.life in your browser settings; the banner will show again on the next visit.
We do not use the banner choice to deny access to programs, rates, or the enquiry form. Accept and Decline both hide the bar. The difference is only whether visit counting runs.
